Saat ini kami sampaikan informasi lowongan kerja dari PT Caterpillar Indonesia. PT Caterpillar Indonesia adalah perusahaan patungan antara Caterpillar Inc, USA ( 80 % ) dan PT Tiara Marga Trakindo ( 20 % ) dan berkantor pusat di Cileungsi, Bogor. Produknya termasuk excavator, bulldozer, motor grade, wheel loader, truk, traktor, scrapers, road reclaimer, pipelayers, wheel dozers, material handlers dan mesin sektor kehutanan. Excavator CAT kelas 20 – ton yang dibuat di Indonesia dijual ke sektor pertambangan, kehutanan, konstruksi dan pertanian pasar di seluruh Indonesia. Pabrik di Cileungsi yang dibuka pada 1982 difokuskan memproduksi excavator dan skidder. Perusahaan menyetujui rencana memproduksi tiga kali lipat excavator di lokasi tersebut dari kapasitas awal sebesar 1.290 unit per tahun.



PT Caterpillar Indonesia kembali mencari kandidat untuk menempati posisi sebagai berikut.

Posisi :

1. CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Job Descriptions :

  1. Provides administrative support for the Customer Services Representatives. Administrative support includes, preparing invoices and other miscellaneous forms and letters, and responding to various customer services related telephone inquiries, and apply the received payment.
  2. Responds to customer services related inquiries, which may include calculating buyout requests, working with Treasury to correct misapplied payments, waiving late charges, answering tax and payment related questions, solving invoicing problems and making changes to contracts in the Leasing system.
  3. Responds to credit reference inquiries and loan balance confirmations submitted by auditing firms, which may involve using T-value to confirm interest paid and principal balances.
  4. Maintains various logbooks and spreadsheets for tracking customer services volume and performance.
  5. Maintain and Reconcile the payment allocation.
  6. May be responsible for tracking asset insurance coverage and effective dates, and providing proper intra-region notifications as to the identified deficiencies.
  7. Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department. Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data. Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.
  8. Understands the Harassment policy of the company and is responsible for its application in all aspects of employment.

Qualifications :

  1. Ability to effectively manage numerous tasks.
  2. Knowledge of and ability to apply math computation skills.
  3. Advanced knowledge of the leasing and collections systems.
  4. Knowledge of and ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets.
  5. Knowledge of Caterpillar products.
  6. Knowledge of CFSC and Caterpillar dealer processes.
  7. Advanced knowledge of finance/leasing products, policies, and procedures.
  8. Knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures.
  9. Knowledge of financing principles.
  10. Demonstrated ability to perform general office tasks.
  11. Educations/Experience: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent GED certificate and a minimum of 2 years experience in contract, credit or customer services administration is recommen

2. ACCOUNTANT (6 MONTHS AGENCY CONTRACT)

Job Descriptions :

  1. Under supervision, performs accounting duties of entry level/moderate complexity. Some latitude for un-reviewed decisions is within the scope of delegated authority.
  2. When inconsistencies or problems occur which are outside delegated authority, they are brought to the attention of management. Confers with management to determine the proper means by which to resolve these issues.
  3. Applies knowledge of basic accounting methods and procedures.
  4. May participate in accounting system development, testing and implementation.
  5. May coordinate and review lower-level accounting work assignments for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Understands the established continuous improvement objectives for the department. Measures progress toward the continuous improvement standards and ensure that the necessary measurements are maintained. Participates in the resolution of any identified problems. Analyzes data and makes all business decisions based on such analysis.
  7. Understands the Harassment policy of the company and is responsible for its application in all aspects of employment.

Qualifications :

  1. Ability to seek out relevant information.
  2. Ability to apply math computation skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as, statistics and other mathematical concepts used in modeling.
  3. Knowledge of accounting distribution and ability to verify correctness and completeness of such information.
  4. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and FASB regulations and procedures as they related to the particular area of accounting.
  5. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
  6. Must demonstrate initiative, leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively.
  7. Educations/Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or a related business discipline
